Shipping Policy

At Tideline, we work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible so you can get back in the water.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and current shipping demand. Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window provided at checkout.

However, in some circumstances such as:

  • high order volumes

  • carrier delays

  • international shipping times

  • customs processing

delivery may take up to 28 days from the date the order is placed.
